- When itchiness arises, gentle glide over itchy area, using gentle pressure and moving in circular motions.
- Use on freshly moisturised skin, or with a moisturiser for added glide and safety.
- Clean thoroughly after each use ensuring all moisturiser is removed.
- Dry thoroughly after each use.
- Place back in the fridge.

The Allergy Kiddo got the ScratchStar this summer, and it’s been such a helpful little tool in our eczema toolbox. He’s been picking it up on and off, especially during those moments when the itch gets unbearable.
It’s not a magic cure, but it does give him a way to soothe the itch without hurting his skin. We’ve found it works best straight out of the fridge with his favorite moisturizer. The cold plus the texture really helps calm things down.
It’s honestly such a relief to have something that gives him even a little control and comfort, instead of just saying "don’t scratch."

I’ve been testing out this amazing new ScratchStar and I’m honestly loving it. The cooling metal back is designed to help soothe hot, itchy skin, and it really does the job. Here’s how I’ve been using it:
1. Chill it in the fridge (or freezer if tolerated) for 1–2 hours.
2. Use with moisturiser — I like aloe vera, but any emollient works.
3. Massage gently over itchy spots for around 10 minutes.
4. Stays cool for up to 2 hours.
5. No mess like ice packs — just light, targeted pressure.
6. Easy to clean, latex and nickel-free, and comfy to hold.
7. Comes in cute colours — mine’s my fave!
